Deposit Requirement

To secure your appointment at SV Laser & Skin, we require a mandatory £1 deposit for all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards the total cost of your treatment.

No-Show Fee

In the event that you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a £49 no-show fee will be charged to your payment method on file. This fee compensates for the time reserved exclusively for you and the opportunity cost of providing our services to other clients.

If you no show on a scheduled appointment/treatment and you are an existing client you lose said treatment from your package/treatment program

Late Cancellation Fee

If you wish to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a £49 fee charged to your payment method on file. This fee is intended to cover the expenses incurred by our practitioners and staff who have dedicated their time and expertise to preparing for your appointment.

Refunds

There is no refunds on any services or packages purchased from SV Laser & Skin. 

Payment Method on File

By providing your payment information during the booking process, you authorize SV Laser & Skin to charge any applicable fees as outlined in this cancellation policy to the payment method on file. We ensure the utmost security and confidentiality of your payment information.

Rescheduling and Appointment Changes

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. If you need to make any changes to your booking, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Exceptions

In cases of medical emergencies or severe illness, we acknowledge that it may be unavoidable to cancel or reschedule your appointment at short notice. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
